Terms of Use

Last updated October 2026

These terms cover your use of My Personal Tarot at mypersonaltarot.com ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain language. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What a reading is

Readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. Love, Career, General, and Future readings, and Ask Tarot replies, are written by an AI model from the cards you draw and the question you ask. Daily and Yes / No readings come from our own card copy. Either way, a reading describes possibilities and perspectives, not facts, guarantees, or predictions. AI-written text can be wrong, and the same question can get a different reading on another day.

2. Not advice

Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Don't rely on a reading for decisions in those areas; talk to a qualified professional instead. You're responsible for the choices you make.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

3. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 to use the site. The site is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Accounts

You can use the site without an account. Signing in is optional and uses your Google account. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens on your My Personal Tarot account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact page.

5. Free limits

AI readings and Ask Tarot questions have daily limits, shown on the Go Deeper page. They reset at midnight UTC. We may change them as the service grows. Daily and Yes / No readings aren't limited.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • try to get around daily limits, for example with scripts or by cycling accounts or IP addresses;
  • scrape the site at scale, or copy its card meanings to republish elsewhere;
  • try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or access other people's data;
  • use Ask Tarot to produce harmful, hateful, or illegal content, or to try to make the AI ignore its instructions.

We may limit, suspend, or close access for anyone who does.

7. Your questions and readings

What you type stays yours. You let us use it only to run the service: drawing and writing your reading, answering follow-up questions, and keeping your history if you're signed in. You can share your own readings however you like. You can delete saved readings at any time. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and who handles it.

8. Our content

The site's design, text, and card meanings belong to My Personal Tarot. Please don't reuse them without permission, apart from sharing your own readings.

9. Paid features

Go Deeper isn't available yet. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Before you can pay for anything, we'll show the price, what's included, and the refund terms, and update these terms.

10. Other services we use

The site relies on other companies, including Cloudflare for hosting, OpenAI for AI-written readings, and Google for sign-in. Their own terms apply to their services. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side.

11. No guarantees

We work to keep the site running well, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or that any reading will be accurate or suit your situation.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or acting on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may change or stop offering parts of the site. If we close it, we'll give signed-in users notice where we reasonably can.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For significant changes, we'll make them clear on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
